Spa Etiquette
- For your enjoyment, we offer complimentary juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, assorted teas, bottled water, sodas, and coffee. For guests age 21 and over, we offer a complimentary glass of wine or champagne with your service.
- All spa guests under the age of 18 are required parental supervision for all spa services.
- Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- To preserve the tranquility of the spa environment, cellular phones are to be turned off. Guests are also asked to keep their voices at a minimum.
- We provide lockers, robes, slippers, towels and showers for your convenience.
- Please do not shave up to eight hours before your pedicure services or any body scrubs.
- Please stay out of the sun and tanning bed before and after any waxing services.
- Please do not wash your hair before any updo service. Should you feel the need to have your hair washed an additional charge will apply.
- Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services.
Cancellation Policy
All no show reservations will be charged 100% of the treatment scheduled.
Reservations cancelled less than 4 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the treatment scheduled.
This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availabilty of our services for you as well as others. Our voice mail message center is available 24 hours at 304-387-8004.
Late Arrivals: Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
Group Events: We can create multi-service packages designed especially for your group of 8 or more. Please contact our spa manager at 304-387-8121 for additional information.
For guests with four or more in their party, there is a 25% deposit required to hold the reservation. Proper coordination of your group reservation requires additional time on the part of our staff to ensure that your visit to our spa is a success.
Wedding parties of three or more require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to hold the reservation for services scheduled.
Payment
U.S. currency, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
personal check with a valid driver’s license or charges for the
services may be made to your room account.

Sunday – Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday – Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Advance reservations are suggested. A credit card is
needed to hold all reservations at the Spa including gift
certificate redemption.

The spa reserves the right to refuse treatment of any client
for health and safety concerns including nail contraindications.
