CHESTER,WV – A tentative agreement has been reached between Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack & Resort and Local 23, Affiliated Food & Commercial Workers. The agreement has been recommended by Local 23 Union leadership for ratification by the full body of the union at a meeting slated for 10 a.m., Wednesday.

“We are pleased that members of Local 23 will soon be back to work,” said Ted Arneault, Mountaineer president & CEO. “Management, employees and our customers are happy to welcome them back into the Mountaineer family.”
