Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack & Resort has received the authorization from the West Virginia Lottery Commission to go live with full casino gaming , Thursday, December 20. A ribbon cutting will be held at 10 a.m. to be immediately followed by the first roll of dice. A drawing to be the first person to roll the dice at Mountaineer has been conducted and the winner’s name will be drawn at 9:30 a.m.)
