MTR GAMING GROUP ANNOUNCES WEBCAST OF ANNUAL
MEETING AND
SECOND QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL
CHESTER, WV – July 15, 2004 – MTR Gaming Group,
Inc. (Nasdaq National Market:MNTG) today announced that it
will webcast its Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which will
take place on Thursday, July 22, 2004, at 10:00 am ET at the
New York Marriott East Side in New York City.
Immediately following the Annual Meeting, at approximately
10:30 am ET on July 22, management will discuss the Company’s
second quarter financial results, which will be issued separately
before the market opens on July 22. Interested parties may
participate in the Annual Meeting and/or second quarter discussion
