MTR GAMING GROUP COMPLETES SALE OF $130,000,000
SENIOR NOTES
CHESTER, WV - March 26, 2003 - MTR Gaming Group,
Inc. (Nasdaq National Market:MNTG) today announced that it
completed the
sale yesterday of $130,000,000 of 9.75% Senior Notes due
2010 through a private placement.
The Company used a portion of the net proceeds of the offering
to repay its existing credit facility and to pay certain costs
of the offering, and will use the remaining proceeds for general
corporate purposes.
