BUS PROGRAMMING OVERNIGHT PACKAGES FOR 2008

For groups requesting overnight accommodations, our Bus Programming staff can recommend a package most suitable to your group’s needs.

From 3,500 reel & video slots, River Room Poker, Blackjack, Roulette, Craps year-round live thoroughbred horse racing, premier simulcast racing, spa and fitness center, nightly entertainment, dining & lounges, retail shoppes and golf, there will be plenty of excitement to keep your group busy during
their stay.

2008 Bus Programming Overnight Policies

Reservations may be made at any time for any day on a space available basis.
A refundable deposit of $100.00 is due with the signed contract and will be non-refundable at the 90-day deadline.
Rooms will not be held without a deposit.
Confirmation of reservation or cancellation is due 90 days prior to arrival.
The rooming list will be due 30 days prior to arrival and will constitute as the final count.
All remaining rooms will be released at 7 days.
Additional rooms will be blocked on a space available basis.
Penalties may apply to individual rooms cancelled between 0-90 days prior to arrival.
Final payment is due upon arrival.
One (1) complimentary package will be provided per group with 30 paying passengers (driver excluded).
The driver will receive a reduced package rate.
