Daily Incentive Program

Mountaineer Casino Racetrack and Resort is announcing a New & Exciting incentive plan called the Daily Incentive Program. This plan is designed specifically for Bus passengers to incentivise, reward, and express appreciation to you, our bus guest! The Daily Incentive Program is designed for multiple levels of rewards. The points are accumulated on your Roarin’ 20’s Players Club Card and are calculated on a per day basis to qualify you for your individual package.   • All trophy races must be set up at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival (No Exceptions!!!)
  • Please note: Due to liabilities, group is not permitted in Winner’s Circle with winning horse. However, photo will include: Group Picture of trophy presentation to winning owner/jockey, photo finish, winning horse with owners and winning jockey, and race information.

Bus Programming 2008 Policies & Procedures

Group Size Definition

  • A group constitutes of 20 or more people traveling together in one motorcoach.
  • A minimum of four (4) hours of gaming is required to receive complimentary coupons and incentives.

Age Requirement

The West Virginia Lottery Commission has made it mandatory that any persons entering the gaming rooms at Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack & Resort be 21 years of age and older. In an effort to prevent confusion, please make sure that your group is aware of the new policy. However, anyone under the age of 21 can still view the races in the grandstand.

Non-Dining Packages

  • Reservations may be made up until 4 hours prior to arrival with a Bus Programming Department Staff member to receive any complimentary coupons, promotions, or incentives
  • Reservations must be made with a Bus Programming Department Staff member to receive any complimentary coupons, promotions, or incentives.
  • Group must be checked in by 8:00 pm on any day in order to receive coupons & incentives.
  • Final count or cancellation of reservation is due one week prior to arrival date.
  • Manifest and new Players Card applications must be filled out prior to arrival.
  • Group WILL NOT be able to unload bus at our property unless manifest and applications are completed.

Dining Packages

  • Last minute dining groups will be based on dining room availability.
  • Group must be checked in by 8:00 pm on any day in order to receive coupons & incentives.
  • Confirmation of reservation or cancellation is due 14 days prior to arrival.
  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Final payment is due upon arrival.
  • A complimentary meal will be provided for the bus driver.
  • One (1) additional complimentary meal will be provided per group with a minimum of 20 paid passengers (excluding driver).
  • Each group participant will receive a complimentary racing program.
  • Manifest and new Players Card applications must be filled out prior to arrival.
  • Group WILL NOT be able to unload bus at our property unless manifest and applications are completed.
