Policies & Procedures

• Reservations may be made at any time for any show on a space available basis.
• Confirmation or cancellation of reservation is due 30 days prior to the show date.
• 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due upon reserving tickets and returning signed contract.
• 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of remaining ticket balance is due 60 days prior to show.
• Full payment is due at 30 days prior to show – NO EXCHANGES – NO REFUNDS.
• Additional tickets, if available, may be ordered after the 30-day deadline with a minimum of 10 tickets.
• Additional tickets, if available, must be paid for in full if ordered 0 – 30 days prior to show date.
• If additional tickets are ordered at 0 –30 days prior to show date, the tickets are on a space available basis - They are not guaranteed to be with or next to your previous group of reserved tickets.
• Bus Drivers will be admitted with proper identification – No specific seat will be assigned.
• One (1) complimentary ticket will be provided per group with a minimum of 20 paid tickets.
• Tickets will be forwarded to the group upon the receipt of the full payment.
• Ticket prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
